World's First Gay Penguin Goes Straight
One of the homosexual penguins from the Central Park Zoo's famously gay aviary, has gone straight.

Roy, half of the zoo's first gay penguin couple, left his partner, Roy, for a female penguin. The two penguins were the first of seven couples of gay penguins at the famed New York zoo. The birds had been a family unit -- even raising an adopted chick -- since 1999.

Roy's now run off with another penguin, Scrappy, moved into the neighborhood and caught his attention. Scientists have no idea what caused the gay couplings, nor the flip-flop in Roy's sexual identity.

At long last, however, all those Focus on the Family supporters can feel like their donations aren't totally wasted.

Am I the only scratching my head going "They are just BIRDS!"?
