I watched Taylor today. Well, we took him home at around 6 tonight. Carla called at around 6:30 or 7, and supposely Taylor was left in his diaper to long, and now has a horrible rash.
I feel really bad now. :'(

There's no reason to feel bad. Diaper rash happens to kids all the time, and it's not just caused by staying in the diaper too long when it's wet. Humidity is a factor as well as the child's movements during the day.
Plus, it doesn't always show up right away as a bad rash...it could have been coming for a day or two... you just never know!
