I have been reading this thread on this Christian message board I’ve been reading for months now. They are talking about what Pat Robertson said yesterday about Ariel Sharon. Pat pretty much said, “he is a very nice man, with great peace, and he has prayed with him before. HOWEVER, you just can’t go around splitting up God’s land like that. Without something happening to you.” Pat was pretty much saying that the stroke was an act of God. Now, I have looked at this from all angles. You have to admit Mr. Sharon isn’t in the best of health. He is overweight, hardly any exercise, and a very stressful job. So, I’m sure that didn’t help matter’s none either. HOWEVER, he DID split up God’s land. I’m not trying to sit here and be pointing finger’s saying “Tisk, tisk Sharon…You had it coming. Shame on you.” I’m just saying that maybe God did contribute to it. I believe God does use our health to His advantage at times. Maybe to cause you to get sick, and, for you to realize, that you need to turn from your wicked ways. Maybe this is one of those things. Pat told us to read the book of Joel. I’m guessing he was talking about chapter 3. I thought 3 talked about when God cast His wrath after the return of Christ. Maybe I’m wrong.Book Of Joel
