Ok, if your on my MSN list then you will see what my thingy says...

Happy Hanukkah! - Happy Kwanzaa! - Merry Christmas!

Well, one of my friend's im's me, and say's "You shouldn't have that on there." I said "WHY not?" She said "Because a. your not jewish and you don't celebrate the other one, and b. it could offend someone on your list." I said "Listen, it's MY flippin' msn, and I'll put on there whatever I want. If it offends someone on my list, then I'm sorry...However, I do have one or two people on there that ARE Jewish and have people on there that do celebrate Kwanzaa..." She said "So what, your not...You shouldn't say it." I said "DUDE! Me, and alot of my friends that aren't jewish say "Happy Kwanzaa, or Happy Hanukkah to each other. It's no big deal. It doesn't offend me" She said "well, it's just not right." I said "well, that's the beauty of the fact that it's mine, and i can say whatever I want." She replied back asking "So, if someone came up to you and wished you a happy Hanukkah or Kwanzaa it wouldn't offend you?" I said "nope! I've had people do that to me before. It doesn't bother me. I wish it back to them." She said "BUT your not jewish, and you don't celebrate either one!" I said "SO! 2 of my friends don't believe in God, but they wish me a Merry Christmas...WHO CARES if it's not a big deal to us...Just let us do our thing..." She was like "whateva" and signed off...Or blocked me...Some people just don't get the fact that just because I'm not this, or that, that it doesn't bother me if someone wishes it to me, or that I say it to other people...I just don't like the fact that a community not far from me is trying to ban people from saying "Merry Christmas"...There's nothing wrong with saying Happy Holidays, but I prefer to say Merry Christmas....I don't think either one should be forced on anyone...It's the people's right of that community to say either one they want...But that's just my opinion folks!

10 DAYS TILL CHRISTMAS!!
